His professionalism and attention to detail were especially reassuring during the holiday. He even returned on Black Friday to ensure everything was draining properly, given the significant sediment buildup.

We had the worst backup ever with our toilet. It wouldn’t flush and when we plunged it that didn’t help. We tried everything. So last night we called Syracuse Drains to see if they could figure out what was going on and hopefully fix it. Adrian came out within the hour of us calling and checked out the problem and came to the conclusion that there was a horrible backup going on. He did what he had to do to figure out where the backup was and he found where the problem was. He was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he thought and knew what was going on so we could understand. He worked his magic and fixed our issue and now the toilet flushes with no problem or hesitation whatsoever!! Adrian was and is a miracle worker! I definitely highly recommend calling Syracuse Drains for any sewage and clogged drain problems. They work fast and make sure they fix the problem before they leave. Adrian also cleaned up the floor and around the toilet and made it look brand new! Definitely call these guys for any problems you may have!! Thank you so much Adrian for all the help, I didn’t think we would ever get this figured out and have a working toilet again!

We thought we had a clogged drain in the kitchen on a Saturday afternoon during Christmas baking season! We called another company who wanted to charge us $600 just to show up. We called Syracuse Drains and Adrian came out that same night and didn’t charge us for the service call! He quickly assessed that the problem wasn’t our drain but a faulty garbage disposal. He arranged for Sebastian to come on Monday and replace our garbage disposal. Sebastian and Hamati came Monday morning and were in and out in 45 minutes. They were clean workers, friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing and left my kitchen spotless. You could not even tell anyone had been working on the sink/drain/ disposal. I could not recommend them any more highly!

Sebastián and Casey were very impressive. Very professional, took a “it’s no problem” approach and made quick work of the issue. Great attitudes. Very respectful. Impressively cleaned up. I’m never using anyone else. These guys are great.

We unfortunately had to call for an emergency visit around 8pm on a Thursday night during a snow storm. Obviously nothing happens at a convenient time. The gentlemen on the phone was very understanding during my mumbling and not knowing a thing about plumbing, just that I had water backing up in my tub! Technician showed up, respectfully took his boots off before walking through the house, diagnosed the issue and presented a solution. We agreed, he executed said solution and we were all set to go. Easy peasy. Our 2 barking labs didnt bother him a bit. Everything drained, toilets flushed. He cleaned up all his tools outside, let us know about the warranty for the service and off he went. We will definitely keep them on speed dial. Highly recommend for emergencies or normal drain/plumbing maintenance.

Amazing!! Able to come same day as I called. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Less than half hour later my kitchen was usable again. Will definitely call again if needing a plumber.

When my drains started backing into my basement, I just happened to call Syracuse Drains first. They were out the next morning, on the coldest day of the year. When the problem with my drain was much bigger than a simple clog (my sewer line had collapsed), the guy said "I'm not going to charge you, you've got bigger problems to deal with right now." He was polite, communicative, and above extremely helpful with letting me know what I was going to have to deal with next.

Called them yesterday, 2/5/26 at 5 pm and told them I needed my septic emptied. They said they’d call at 7 am the next morning to get someone out here. Mind you, I wasn’t expecting to get such emergency treatment. I thought it’d be like 2 days or so before anyone could get over here considering I’m a new customer and there’s quite a bit of snow on the ground for them to be digging in the cold. They were right on the money and called me exactly at 7 am today. They said they would have someone at my house by 9 am; they got here at 9 am… The process was very quick (my septic was veryyy full). I am very impressed with the promptness, punctuality, efficiency, friendliness and the price(couldn’t beat it anywhere else) thankyou so much Sebastian and crew!!!I will always call you guys now whenever I need the septic taken care of.

I have never experienced such professionalism, friendliness and kindness. Sebastian gave us a price, said he could get it done and if it did not work, there would be no charge. The task at hand was a bit more involved than he anticipated but he pushed through - literally! I am so happy to know that I now have my very "own" plumber and at a great price! I would leave 100 stars if I could! Thank you, Sebastian!
